Are you battling with low mood or energy? Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious and stressed, doubting yourself and your abilities? Do you feel no one understands you, no matter how hard you try? You go about your day feeling something is wrong with you and you become engulfed in shame, anger, pain or sorrow?


My role is to provide a confidential, non-judgmental safe space where you can tell your story, resolve challenges and unresolved troubles. I would work alongside you through your journey, equipping you with the tools needed to ride out your turbulence and protect your mental health.

I work in an integrative way, bringing together ideas, techniques and tools from different counselling models to tailor sessions to your individual need and personal circumstances. These approaches include Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

There will be a 50-minute introductory video session online via Teams. This initial appointment will be a chance to find out how I can support you, and it will be unique to your needs. It would include some assessments to help my understanding of how I can help you find a way forward with what has brought you to counselling.

I support clients with a range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem issues, Anger, Stress and stress related issues (including settling into university/college, examinations and time management), Cultural issues, Bereavement, Health related issues, Loss, Personal development, Family dynamics, Self-harm, Post-traumatic stress, Interpersonal relationships and Trauma.
